Book Keeper is available as a free download from Google Play Store and Apple App Store. However, it has limited features. You can upgrade Book Keeper by purchasing additional features from within the app. So, you decide what features you want and pay for what you need. Prices are mentioned here.
Book Keeper for Windows desktop is available for download here. It is an evaluation version which can be easily converted into full version by purchasing the license key. More details are given here.
